Custom Photo Magnets:
Due to their custom nature, refunds are not accepted unless you are unsatisfied with your order. Please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

Damages and Issues:
Check your order upon arrival and let us know immediately if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.


Warranty

For equipment claims, we’ll inspect your item and notify you if your warranty claim is approved. Approved claims will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds may take time to process depending on your bank or credit card company.
